The video is showing pipe cutting in a semiautomatic process and the chain is designed in such a manner to rotate the pipe. The fixer are designed in such a way to fix the chain over the pipe. The oxyfuel torch is fixed in such a manner to move the torch and pipe in unison. The movement in desired direction is controlled and thus gives a cut in the pipe in a very precise and regular base.
