Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - Slack-Jawed Zephal Location [Unique Named Monster]
Defeating Slack-Jawed Zephal, located in the middle/east of the Daedal Isle, near the Fifth Pillar Remnant Landmark, Flyswatter Kamado, and Ragemaw Tempeldo, in the Erythia Sea/Cadensia Region. This guy is an absolute pain to spawn as it requires Thunderstorm weather. You can either try changing the time (never actually worked for me), or Skip Traveling in/out of the region until the weather appears. It just happened to appear as I was coming to the area for a quest.
