Scales and modes playing in C6
This is a quick explanation of the system I wrote about in my book Steelin’ Scales and Modes. It was written to help me learn to navigate melodically through chords and harmony at any place on the neck, and not rely on the common positions.
This is C6 tuning. There is no interesting playing, just a simple improvisation in search of melodic content.
