The Tennessee Waltz
I played two separate styles for this arrangement of The Tennessee Waltz, first on a modified 1940s Electar Model M, which was the first lap steel that I purchased in the late 80s, the second on my Clinesmith walnut Joaquin. Two different styles, two different tunings. I think they work pretty nicely together. The second part is very tricky to play.
It was a challenge to put the video together. Some of the video is shot from a different take than the final audio and doesn’t line up.
