Double Chest vs Droppers Lag Comparison | Minecraft
In this uncut boring video I'm going to do a lag comparison between storing items in double chests and doing the same but with droppers lines. In older versions double chests and hoppers were clearly superior for large bulk storage but now it seems that is no longer the case unless you just have a slice unlocked for long periods of time which is rather unlikely. Mojang actually did improve their game in this regard and fix the issue where droppers just by existing in a world would cause massive lag when pistons moved blocks. I would recommend you to check out the previous video that tests the various ways you can lock hoppers in a chest based storage.
