CCRI Knowledge Hub & CCRI-CSO: "From Practice to Policy: Circular Solutions in Cities and Regions"
The webinar “From Practice to Policy: Circular Solutions in Cities and Regions” was held on 26 June as part of the EU Green Week. The event was organised by the CCRI Knowledge Hub project in collaboration with the CCRI-CSO. The session provided an overview of the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI) and introduced the work of the CCRI Thematic Working Group (TWG) on bioeconomy. It also included a presentation of the CCRI Knowledge Hub and its analysis of circular economy projects and initiatives focused on the circular economy.
The analysis highlights both good practices and less successful cases, helping to understand what drives progress and what obstacles still need to be addressed in advancing circular solutions at the local and regional level. The event concluded with a preview of the upcoming Marketplace of Technologies, a catalogue of innovative tools designed to support the circular transition.
