*UPDATE: Don't disable "Windows Defender" in previous OS versions Defender was only malware protection but in Windows 10
it's a Anti-Malware and Anti-Virus protection at the same time, so there's no need to install any extra protection.
(I've tested it and it's actually better than Avast or Norton, however if you would like to get extra protection I would recommend Kaspersky)
If you don't mind to check for a Updates manually, Disable "Background Intelligent Transfer Service"
(It's running in background 24/7 and takes a lot of Internet Bandwidth)
