Seville (the fourth most populous city in Spain) is the capital of the autonomous community of Andalusia. Andalusia is the southernmost region of Spain. It's warmer and sunnier than anywhere else in Europe. There's a lot of dancing and singing (Andalusia is the birthplace of flamenco, after all). The people are very cheerful and hospitable. It's sometimes said that Andalusia has so much sunshine that the locals seem to glow from within.
