Attach existing SCCM environment to cloud.
Devices in SCCM will be available in Intune portal as well.
Cloud attach consists of following features:
Tenant attach
Endpoint analytics
Co-management
Tenant Attach:
SCCM client actions can be initiated
from Intune portal
SCCM collection info, client details,
group membership, resource explorer,
CMPivot etc
Manage endpoint security on device(server and workstation) via reporting
Note:
1. Devices are not enrolled
2. You can’t wipe, restart, push apps via Intune
Co-manage
Co-manage windows devices via both authorities
ie. SCCM and Intune
Co-manage serves 2 purposes:
Enroll the devices
Manage workloads between ConfigMgr and Intune
Can help planning migrating from SCCM to Intune
