Detroit: Become Human Survivors Speedrun in
In this Detroit: Become Human playthrough, we must get to the end as fast as possible while making sure the following characters stay alive:
Markus
Kara
Alice
Luther
Simon
North
Josh
Lieutenant Hank Anderson
Connor may be killed throughout the run, but he must discover the location of Jericho in order to make an appearance at the end. If he remains on the side of Cyberlife (Machine Connor), he can lose to Hank on the rooftop at the end and come back for the final cutscenes. In this case he looks out over a burning Detroit, which is much faster than the aftermath scenes with Connor.
In this playthrough Kara, Luther and Alice get captured in Crossroads (on the Jericho ship). This saves having to include them in the penultimate chapter (Night of the Soul). Starting the final chapter having been captured by the police leads to a faster yet more grim ending for Kara, Alice, and Luther than escaping to Canada. Some side characters are sacrificed to save them, but this doesn't take away the requirements for the Survivors achievement.
I enjoyed this run more than any% because of the more exciting story. If I were to do a run of all my favorite story paths for each character, it would look more like the first complete run of a 100% flowchart marathon playthrough (without some of the repeated chapters).
