BNSF Warbonnet Chase in Bakersfield!
On the morning of June 20, 2024 a couple friends and I woke up to news that a cut of power including warbonnet 794 which previously led a train into Fresno, had gotten assigned to a Fresno to Barstow manifest, and we booked it to the tracks to see it in case of the off-chance the warbonnet would be leading! Luckily, for us, the odds were in our favor, and we were treated to BNSF 794 on point of a manifest in 2024! Interestingly enough, the BNSF warbonnet #776 trailing on the Z-WSPSTO happened to be the last BNSF Warbonnet leader I saw exactly a year ago from the filming of this. Enjoy!
