Thus, after its complete orbit around the Sun, the world is gathering each of their beloved to celebrate the New Year eve from December 31st, 2023 to January 1st, 2024 between 11:59:59 p.m. to 12:00:00 a.m. But did you know? New Year eves aren't exactly the same time as the Earth in other planets in our Solar System: it's according to their rotation period and orbital period around the Sun based on their distance from our Sun, especially their orbital period. Thus, it's affected by the Sun's gravity that locks the planets like Earth in orbit compared to a heavier ball which weights more than a small ball, which causes the small ball to 'orbit' around the heavier ball, and then calculate the time and space-time. For example, Neptune is the 8th planet from our Sun and its distance is 29.90 AU away from the Sun and 30.19 AU away from us. As a result, its orbital period lasts 165.213 years, which would take us 165 Earth years to calculate its time since it's farther from the Sun according to the space-time.
