For making Poori
Ingredients:-
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Oil - for deep fry
Water - as required
Salt to taste
Knead the dough into medium stiff dough by adding some salt, oil and water. Let it rest for 10 minutes and make pooris as shown

Cabbage salad:
Ingredients:-
Cabbage
Carrot
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Onion
Green chillies
Coriander
Mustard oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Chaat masala
You can any choice of veggies to this salad.
