FINDINGS:
SEEN UP TO TERMINAL ILEUM: Multiple polyps are seen at the rectum. All the polyps are removed by diathermy snare. The mucosa, vascular pattern and the lumen of the terminal ileum and rest of the colon appeared healthy.

BIOPSY: Resected polyps are sent for histopathology.

COMMENTS: Rectal polyps.

THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION: Colonoscopic polypectomy done.
