Arnold and Yola are food technology students currently pursuing their doctoral degrees at Poznan University of Life Sciences, Poland. As students, Arnold and Yola won the "Developing Solutions for Developing Countries" food product development competition held by the Institute of Food Technologists in Chicago in 2022. Arnold and Yola have also published 13 and 11 national and international scientific publications, respectively, in Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, and others. Their journey in food technology began in 2013. Arnold's current research focus is the development of functional food products, while Yola's focuses on the authenticity of berry oil.
