In this cinematic, reflective highlight from Architect Plays WoW – Day 14, I complete the final leg of the Call of Water questline — but not before examining two drastically different outposts with one shared problem: they weren’t built to survive the world around them.
🌀 Call of Water – Part 2:
The ritual concludes. The Healing Stream Totem is earned, not given — and its final step takes place amid the decay of Tarren Mill, a Forsaken-claimed shell of human life. There’s symbolism in that… and it’s not lost on me.
🛖 Zoram’gar Outpost – Design vs. Environment:
Troll structures — vibrant, spiritual, and fabric-based — dropped straight into a cold, wet forest. Pitched roofs that drain fast... but still leak. Open-air huts in the rain. A beautiful disaster of cultural pride over practical shelter.
💀 Tarren Mill – The Architecture of Decay:
Originally a peaceful farming village, now a shadowed Forsaken stronghold. Buildings aren't rebuilt — they’re corrupted. The form is familiar, but the function has shifted to war, research, and deterrence.
