Tescan SEM Integration into the LayoutEditor
How to access a TESCAN SEM from the LayoutEditor software?
The LayoutEditor includes a plugin (release 20190110 or newer) to connect with a Tescan-SEM. Current stage position/live image can be shown in the design view within the LayoutEditor. The background module of the LayoutEditor is used for this task.
