I know a lot of people have problems waking up, so I thought it would be helpful to test two of the most popular wakeup lights against each other.
The cool thing about these lights is you can program them to wakeup you up and get you ready for bed.
Considering light is one of the 3 main factors that influence your circadian rhythm, it can be really powerful to start building your routines around these lights.
