How come no one has a mobile phone in Panem?
Hi friends! This week we look at why no one seems to have a mobile phone in The Hunger Games!
Panem has some highly advanced technology (eg hovercrafts) and yet no one seems to use or own a mobile phone... Is there a reason behind this, or was it simply an oversight?
