When you are having a meeting in ZOOM you can enable the ability to have polls. These can be a great way to get interaction, as well as data from your audience. Many people may not know it however unless you select for the submission to be private, you'll get the name and contact information and each answer for your polls.
You can download these poll reports in the account management section under "reports" and then select "meetings".
You'll see there is a button to click either "Registration Report" or "Poll Report". If you click "poll report" and then "generate" next to your meeting that just happen a screen may come up and it's asking for the type of registration.
If this screen comes up you're not going to be generating a poll report. Instead, even if you see your meeting on the screen, select poll report and then select a duration of time the event occurred, and then click on "generate" and you'll finally get your poll report.
