How to accept and void GrabPay transactions using the ffastpay app
Here at OxPay Financial, we make things easy for our merchants and their customers. With our #ffastpayapp, you can easily accept and void GrabPay transactions by following these steps:
Accept a payment:
STEP 1: On the ffastpay app homescreen, tap Digital Payment, then select GrabPay.
STEP 2: Enter the amount to be paid and tap on Generate QR.
STEP 3: Have the customer scan the QR code to initiate the payment from his/her GrabPay wallet.
STEP 4: Click on the Check button to verify the payment.
STEP 5: Tap on Print to generate a receipt and give it to the customer.
Void a transaction:
STEP 1: On the ffastpay app homescreen, tap on Void then select GrabPay.
STEP 2: Scan or enter the transaction ID (TID) found on the receipt then tap on Void.
STEP 3: Wait for the device to process the transaction and tap on Print to generate a receipt.
