Mandatory Masks Made No Difference in Texas
Three-and-a-half weeks after Governor Greg Abbot issued his mandate to wear masks in public -- a decision which I supported -- the data is now clear: not only did the Chinese Virus shrug off the mandate, it seems to have actively trolled it.
The Governor insists the mandate to wear masks in public worked, but as I'll show you the numbers actively subvert that argument. It fact, if anything, it made things even worse.
(But thankfully only marginally so.)
