Although it was publicated 2 years ago, i want to answer your question
for the author: I am the author.
The "Cheatcard" has a newer version now with a better ISO visualization,
changed aperture order (small to large), is licenced under cc 4.0 and
can be downloaded here in different languages as ZIP file:
