This year as part of my first year of a BA Hons Degree in Photography at the University Of Wolverhampton I have chosen to play around with merging images together in different methods and this video shows my final choice of combining two photographs using a weaving method.
The prints are 12x12" prints and one is an old family photo with the newer image in colour relating to the first image.
I've developed this process myself as I thought it was pretty original, only it's been done many times before. My selection of images shows a difference passing in time, place and family history.
I called this type of work a Veeblefetzer as it is a European nonsense word as per the English type of gizmo, thingamyjig etc..
I upload this to allow it to be embedded in my blog which can be found at bobgriffiths.uk to document different parts of the work I've been doing.
