Dr. Kremena Petkova demonstrates another method of tract dilatation for PCNL using alkens metal dilators. Dr. Kremena also demonstrates how to place the outer sheath of the nephoscope as an amplatz sheath during PCNL while dilating the tract with an alkens metal dilator.
