OTIS NCE ESCALATOR @ SINGAPORE POLYTECHNIC CONVENTION CENTRE (SPCC)
The Singapore Polytechnic Convention Centre is designed primarily as an event space for the school's various functions, including graduations and open houses (which was when this video was taken).
The main way to get between the two floors of this building is by a set of Otis NCE escalators that only run during events in the Convention Centre, and would otherwise be shut down at all other times.
However, disabled access is much more cumbersome; it requires accessing the back of the Convention Centre, and this trip alone can be very complex.
