This is for folkstyle and freestyle wrestling, but can also be used in BJJ. The front headlock comes when you have blocked his shot, whether it is with your hands or your a sprawl, or from a snap down. From there you want to run your short offense. Front head lock to a head in the hole was the most efficient take down from a front headlock for me.
There is a good series you can run with this, the throw by, and also the cradle. Make sure you keep your pressure in with your head and pinch his head in. You can't see it with this camera view, but you want to keep his head pinched in when you put his head in his armpit to make the lock tighter.
