Beat the Beats VR Demo Brief overview
In this video, I give the Beat The Beats VR demo a try. If you're seeking a game focused on refining punching form, this might not be the best fit for you, as there are plenty of options tailored to rhythm-based punching games in the VR realm. However, if you're primarily interested in a cardio workout, this game is worth a shot. The demo is free to try out so you ain't got nothing to lose. The PSVR 2 version of the game is out but for all other formats like PCVR and the Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest Pro formats have no release date.
