Miles Erases 21-Point Deficit in Win Over Central State
Miles College rallied from a 21-point halftime deficit to defeat Central State University, 28-24, in an exciting SIAC football matchup. The Golden Bears mounted a strong second-half comeback, showcasing determination and composure on both sides of the ball.
QB Brinley Vandiver: 16-of-32 passing, 279 yards, 3 TDs (20, 9, and 48 yards).
WR Marquez Mobley: 5 catches, career-high 136 yards, including a 53-yard grab in the 4th quarter.
RB Jonero Scott: Game-winning 1-yard rushing TD with 11:01 left.
WR Edward Osley: 9-yard receiving TD + key 19-yard run late in the 4th.
WR Quindavious Swain: 48-yard touchdown catch and 11-yard clutch 3rd-down conversion.
DB Kevin Graham: 2 interceptions, including one inside the red zone.
DB Abraham Daniels: 1 interception leading to a TD drive.
