Shrinky dinks from trash?!?!
I'm just glad I finally found a use for that ✋! It's been kicking around for over a year now.
Trash to itsy bitsy treasures! Recycling #6 plastic into #shrinkydinks which is made even more enticing by the fact that most commercial recyclers won't take polystyrene.
Be sure to check that the plastic is #6 ! Many clear food containers are #1 which is also a thermoplastic so it will melt and be reformable, but it will not shrink into a dink 😔
