Learn About the 2023 Solar Eclipse
Susan Rolke, of the Keene Amateur Astronomers, discusses the relationship between the Earth, Moon, and Sun that causes a solar eclipse. Information on how to safely view the Sun and how to participate in a Citizen Science project is provided. She also shares her own experience viewing Totality in 2017.
Susan Rolke M.S., teaches chemistry, physics, and astronomy at Conant Middle High School. She participated in NASA’s Airborne Astronomy Ambassadors program and is currently a member of NASA’s Activation Astronomy Ambassadors program and Keene Amateur Astronomers.
