"Dessert Queens"
Directed this for a "how-to/demonstration show" project in Studio Production, with my partner as technical director. We also hosted a show (making a spinach dip) for the two girls who hosted ours for us.
There were 8 other demo projects in the class (done in teams of 2), for which we all alternated doing camerawork, floor management, audio controls, computer graphics, and teleprompting. The first assignment from this course had been to individually direct an interview; I had a classmate interview my mom about my brother being away at Marine Corps boot camp. Unfortunately, I am not yet able to obtain a copy of this video or the spinach dip one, and probably won't be until sometime in fall.
NOVEMBER UPDATE: We cannot find the interview, but whenever a certain camera is repaired, I should be able to capture the spinach dip demonstration show.
DECEMBER UPDATE: Oh, fudge. Neither the interview nor my spinach-dip presentation are retrievable at this point. My little techno-whiz brother can't do it, and therefore it is impossible. I suppose that means my other little interview about spring break plans (the one with the clip of me setting up beforehand) is gone as well. Dx
This spring cupcake show, however, was selected by the professor for featuring in the University's Student Showcase (after editing.) Whoot!
