This video took me a while to get the courage to film, and even upload. With an impending appointment to see a Psychiatrist and after an initial diagnosis from my general doctor, I talk through adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd). The symptoms and behaviours associated with adhd and where it applies to me.
