Overbought/Oversold Bands! & Strategy Example!
There are several Overbought/Oversold indicators that either use momentum or volume in their calculation. We look for the indicator line to be around these overbought and oversold levels in order to have our signaling. They tend to give decent results when combined with volatility indicators aswell. @informanerd at @TradingView, combines several OB/OS indicators with a sprinkle of volatility in order to give us the Overbought/Oversold Bands!
