How to grant administrator permissions to a user in Windows 11. This same procedure is also valid for granting administrator permissions to a user in Windows 10.

Administrator permission allows a user to install programs, uninstall programs (remove programs), change Windows settings, and perform various other tasks that require administrator permission.

By default, the first user created during Windows installation belongs to the administrators group. However, new users will only remain in the administrators group if they were defined as administrators at the time of user creation. If the user was created as a limited user with limited and reduced permissions, it is not necessary to delete the user and create them again. It is only possible to change the limited user's permissions by defining that they are part of the administrators group.

In this way, the user who is placed in the administrators group will have administrator permissions and can make any changes in Windows 11 or Windows 10 that require administrator permission.
