She began artistic gymnastics at age six and switched to aerobics at age 13 in Melbourne, Australia.
She and trio partners Deborah Greenbaum and Olivia Feaver were named Senior International Athlete of the Year 2018 at Gymnastics Australia's National Aerobic Gymnastics Awards.
She was named the 2014 and 2015 Senior Athlete of the Year by Gymnastics Australia. Ultimately, she and her fellow coaches were named the 2019 Aerobics International Coaching Team of the Year by Gymnastics Australia.

She began aerobics training at the age of 13 in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
She was named the 2016 and 2017 Senior International Athlete of the Year at the Gymnastics Australia National Aerobic Gymnastics Awards.
In February 2018, she won her fourth consecutive New South Wales Aerobic Gymnast of the Year award.
She was among the four finalists of the 2018 New South Wales [NSW] Young Achievers Awards in the Worldwide Sports category.
He won the Most Valuable Adult Performer award at the 2017 Asian Championships in Osaka, Japan.
She was named the 2013 International Junior Aerobic Athlete by Gymnastics NSW.
➡ Feaver Olivia, She started practicing artistic gymnastics at the age of six. Then at nine years old, she moved into the field of aerobic gymnastics.
He competed at the 2018 World Championships in Guimaraes, Portugal, and won a silver medal at the 2019 Lithuanian Open.
She was named Senior International Aerobics Gymnast of the Year by Gymnastics Australia in 2019 and 2020.
