When body moves in circle with a constant radius from the centre covering same distance in same time is called uniform circular motion. In this motion, rocket is pulled in towards centre due to connected with thread by applying centripetal force and due to this force there is acceleration called centripetal acceleration. Tangential velocity keeps changing as its direction keeps changing at every point of the circle. Changing velocity changes acceleration as acceleration depends on changing velocity and also the change in acceleration can be seen from its changing direction constantly towards centre at every point of the circle.
