DUCCIO OPENED A FAST FOOD

It was February 2024... Almost two years have passed since I took you with me to Florence, during a brief stay in one of the cities that, in my opinion, remains among the most fascinating in Italy. During those days, I had the opportunity to taste so much good food (I don't know if you were already following me back then), but on the channel you can find several videos filmed there. Among them was an episode of Street Food Unto, one of your favorite series, the one in which I bring together several different types of food that are still worthy of attention.
During that video, I happened to stumble upon the restaurant of two young guys: I didn't know them, we'd never met before—yes, I'm talking about "Duccio Street Food." As usual, I ordered everything to go and reviewed the food with the utmost honesty: I really liked some things, others a little less, but overall it wasn't a bad experience at all.
From that day in early February... to today, two years have passed.
As chance would have it, about a year later, meeting Duccio in person gave us the opportunity to organize a wonderful trip together, with him as coordinator and the guys from Si Vola. And now, another year later, here we are: in 2026, Duccio is opening a new restaurant.
He's rebranding, fixing everything he wasn't convinced by in the historic Florence location... and this time, he's decided to do it in wonderful Turin. He called us a few weeks before the opening because he wanted to get an honest opinion on the menu and the offerings.

I went with a now Savoyard Franchinello, I paid because, yes, even friends support each other—I'll keep repeating this endlessly: pay and don't be a nitpicker. I tasted it and had my say! The restaurant has already been open for a while with a soft opening (they opened without announcing it, so they could get a taste test). It's a great idea, in my opinion.
From what Duccio says (and in the video you saw), the official opening will start tomorrow... but do as you please. Duccio has the exact info, ask him hahaha
