INAV 5 output mode is almost like resource mapping

INAV 5 will get a new setting that will allow to partially change the Motor/Servo output assignment. It's not a resource mapping but should help in some cases. The new setting is called output_mode and allows to change the output function assignments of all outputs to either servos or motors. Typing in CLI
set output_mode=MOTORS will assign all outputs as motors
set output_mode=SERVOS will assign all outputs as servos
set output_mode=AUTO will assign all outputs the default function
