What I see and advise us to do:
I see that polution caused by oil decrease dramatically the ozone density, and if it's near a seismic area, it increases the earthquakes' risks due to solar flares (or intense activity). My advise is to switch quickly to electric cars, GM knows how to product efficient ones, and new cells have been created very recently in a US University. Stop the usual, we can't, now, it's more about we must =)
How it works, well, I'm currently studying it quickly everyday, but it's more when the ozone looks like blocked somewhere, or where a spot is created. It looks like every continent got it's delay, 2 or 3 days, and water seems to plays a role. Don't forget that when you push a continent, you pull another one, so there could be earthquakes due to the movement of another tectonic area.
In the East, it seems to follow the green line, in Europe, it's the yellow one for Poland and Germany, elsewhere it's when blue comes to grey, ... You should look at variations in the average measured level of Ozone.
I can't explain it like a scientist, seriously, but that's what I see, and think. I may be wrong, I've never read about it too.
=) Have a nice day, you and your loved ones =)
