Hello friends, in this episode, I set out to visit the Şavaks, who are trying to produce the most original tulum cheese, as I heard they live in tents in the mountains of Erzurum. My trip, which started from the center of Kars, first went to the center of Erzurum. I had a few hours here. During this time, after visiting Erzurum with my friend Canan Hodja, who worked hard to promote Erzurum, I set out towards a village called Güngörmez. After arriving at the village, I found the nomads living in the mountains 10 km away. I set out to get caught in a storm, got a little wet, got a little lost, but at the end of the road, I met wonderful people.
