First time facing a full board!
Hello Students. This is Quinn doing a full board for testing. It had been quite a
while since we worked boards, and the last time Quinn broke was with "half boards", so even with NO prior practice on full boards, she was ready to rock!
Let me repeat, the first two kicks were her *first time ever" kicking a full wood board for the break and she is working on the mechanics learning how to let go of extraneous movement and wasting energy.
Notice, however, on the third kick, it kinda looks like she goes into "slow-motion" for the kick. She clears all "non-board thoughts" away and having ALL of her focus, energy, and movement brought to a single point, two inches on the far side of the board.
