Encountering an OLD BLUE DRAGON! - NWN: Hordes of the Underdark #3
The journey through Undermountain just got a whole lot more dangerous as we stumble upon a massive surprise lurking in the shadows! In this episode of Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark, we dive deeper into the dungeon, managing our party and testing out some powerful new abilities. But nothing could prepare us for the scale of the enemies waiting behind the next portal!
We start things off by doing some necessary inventory management with our companion, Deacon. After reorganizing his gear to make sure our hero is at peak performance, we face off against harpies, ogres, and Drow skirmishers. This is the perfect chance to test out Arcane Archer skills like Rapid Shot and Imbue Arrow, though the Duergar spellcasters prove to be a much bigger threat than expected. After some narrow escapes and a bit of tactical resting, we find a mysterious portal that leads us face-to-face with an Old Blue Dragon. Is it time to risk everything in a fight, or should we find Daelan first for some extra muscle?
