This is a tutorial about how to Install a Linux driver for a Xprinter’s label printer in very easy steps.
This tutorial takes installing XP-470B printer driver for example, and it suitable for all Xprinter’s thermal label printers and thermal transfer barcode printers.

Step 1
Open the terminal and input code "ls"
Tap “Enter”
Input code ”sudo dpkg -i (software name)” in the terminal window
Tap “Enter”
Then the installation complete
Step 2
Find ”printer” at setting interface.
Click the setting button of the model.
Click the ”Printer Details” from the pop-up list.
Search “Xprinter” brand, and select your model.
Click “ Addtional Printer Settings”.
If the self-test page prints out successfully, the installation is successful.
