How To Write on Cakes. Tips and Tricks for Inscription pt2
How to write Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary and name inscription On a Cake using a template that I made in the last video! Simple basics, easy to follow, cake decorating tutorial
Other Tips:
1. Use a twist tie at the open end of your piping bag to keep the icing from spilling out.
2. Grab the piping bag in a comfortable spot where you will still have control of where the tip is going. Usually a small handful will do.
3. Twist the bag around to help maintain a level pressure on the bag. As you find yourself using the icing it's easier to keep twisting the bag down rather than re-filling it.
