There is a place in my heart that is willing to accept this.

There is a place in my heart that is willing to love this.
We naturally resist pain, and painful, difficult circumstances. We tense our muscles against it, in an effort to make it go away.
Yet deliberately cultivating a state of oneness, allowing the dimension of unconditional love and acceptance to open within us, is the greatest form of pain relief, and overcomes all obstacles.
This short guided meditation does not deny our pain. It acknowledges the very real difficulties of life, and encourages us to say 'yes' to them. By accepting them, the hard edges of form begin to soften and dissolve and our connection to the dimension of Spirit can strengthen.
