➤ Method 1: Using Kutools for Excel
If you have Kutools for Excel installed, you can streamline this process effortlessly.
⚫ Begin by selecting the sheet you're working on, for example, "Sheet1."
⚫ Navigate to the Page Layout tab and find the anchor icon at the bottom-right corner of the Page Setup group.
⚫ In the Page Setup dialog, click on the "Sheet" tab.
⚫ Choose the titles you want to repeat at the top from the "Rows to repeat at top" section.
⚫ Click OK.
⚫ Now, go to "Kutools Plus", "Printing" , "Copy Page Setup."
⚫ In the "Copy Page Setup" dialog, select the sheet names you want to apply the same page setup to in the "Copy to" list.
⚫ Check the "Rows to repeat at top" option in the "Options" list.
⚫ Click OK.
⚫ Your top rows will now be repeated at the top across multiple sheets when printing.
