Ballet Class for Halloween! 🎃 Back to Basics
Join Jana as she returns to the barre after a 6 month hiatus due to a minor injury! This class features simple combinations to allow you to really focus on correct muscle engagement and body placement. I recommend repeating the same class 3-4 times in a row to really drive home the specific areas of focus in each combo!
