Fred's YHA Adventure
Fred is 8 years old and has a progressive eye condition which may eventually cost him his sight. But this doesn’t stop Fred from heading out on incredible adventures just like his favourite book character, Fantastic Mr Fox.
YHA’s Family Breaks programme provided a two-day break at YHA Boggle Hole in North Yorkshire to Fred and his loving family. Allowing them to explore the coast and uncover fossils and treasure just like the Famous Five.
The programme was launched earlier this year to support children and their families and provide them with the opportunity to access positive life-changing experiences, creating memories that last a lifetime.
