Saving the Leaning Tower of Pisa
The Leaning Tower of Pisa is the freestanding bell tower in the Italian city of Pisa. The tower started it's famous lean during it's construction due to the soft ground it was built on. Due to wars that occurred during its construction, when Republic of Pisa to war with other Republics in the area, as a result of the war's breaks in construction, allowed the soil to settle otherwise the tower would have probably topped over, by 1990, the future of the tower was at risk and major work needs to be done to save the tower.
